How to play Word Snake
Word Snake is the classic snake game with one extra rule: letters appear on the board and you must eat only the highlighted one, because the letters have to be collected in the exact order that spells the secret phrase. Every correct letter makes the snake longer and raises the combo multiplier; eating the wrong letter costs a life and resets the combo. Complete the phrase to move on to the next level, with more obstacles and a faster snake.
You can play on a computer with the arrow keys or WASD, and on a phone by swiping across the board or using the D-pad below the game. The game is free, runs entirely in your browser with no sign-up and no download, and your best score is saved on your device. Try the four difficulty levels: from Easy, where walls can be crossed, to Insane, where the snake flies and obstacles fill the board.
